Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in IT, CS or related discipline.
• 1-2 years’ experience in system administration and network support.
• Able to identify IT related problems to maintain trouble free operation.
• Strong analytical mind with communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• 1 year+ technical skills covered on any 2 expert areas listed (Exchange 2019+ ADAdmin, Win Server, Ubuntu, Cloud auto deployment, Python, Zabbix with script, VMware/Proxmox, Cisco IOS on router+Switches, K8S, Fortigate commands, Sangfor Cyber Command, ITSM with Chinese environment and IT automation tools)
• Travel was required

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting internal computer issues via IT Helpdesk systems (email & phone).
• Provide operation and support to PC, Server and network systems.
• Regular review on cybersecurity, access control and applications; ensure all meets IT standards.
• Manage IT asset and facilities inventory.
• Assist in system installations, configuration, maintenance, backup and recovery procedures.
• Provides basic end-user training on common applications and help to improve users cybersecurity awareness.
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management
