Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst for a bank, permanent placement in Hong Kong. You will perform daily maintenance, backups, system and network control, and regular reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT and 2-3 years in user support and infrastructure administration, with knowledge of information security and data backup/recovery. Fluent English and Cantonese are required; Japanese language (N2 or above) is an advantage. Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain hardware and software; provide helpdesk and troubleshooting.
• Monitor security administration of various systems.
• Provide clerical and administrative support for IT infrastructure and applications.
