• Provide IT support (including network and security) to HK and China
• Support IT department for the system administration / audit / documents and recording
• Liaise with Service Provider Support for troubleshooting
• Support tasks involving Network control setting
• Manage IT records and documentation
• Remote assistance
• System setup

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in IT, Cybersecurity or other related disciplines
• Certificate in CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 (Home/Pro/Server), Synology Network Attached Storage, Fortinet (Firewall and VPN), Simple Web Service and SSL Application, Office 365 Admin, etc
• Cyber Hygiene and Security Setup concept is preferred
• Willing to travel to China occasionally
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
