A leading insurance group in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Support professional responsible for providing first-line technical support, assisting with installations and maintaining IT systems. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in IT or Computer Science and has a basic understanding of troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications. Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows 11 Enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, and Edge Browser.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for Wi-Fi connectivity and network access.
• Knowledge of Active Directory for user account management.
• Understanding of print services and common printing issues.
• Experience supporting Teams Phone and related telephony services.
