Qualifications

• One year working experience in customer service area in IT field is preferable.
• Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frontline support needs via telephone and email.
• Provide initial support to users.
• Fulfill all contract scope and manage overcharges.
• Perform problem analysis/fixing, answering hotlines and service requests.
• Administer day-to-day PC and Office365 services.
