A consulting company based in Hong Kong seeks an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide tier-1 hotline support and resolve IT-related issues. The ideal candidate has a diploma in IT and at least 1 year of technical support or customer service experience. Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are essential. This position offers a salary range of 16-20K, a 5-day work week, and annual leave of 10-20 days.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in IT technical support or customer service.
• Relevant working experience in call centre is highly preferred.
• Experience in providing technical support over the phone is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tier-1 IT hotline support to fulfill customer requirements.
• Resolve hardware, software and O365/M365 related issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties.
