Job summary

SSP Group is seeking a D&T Technical Support Officer, Asia Pacific, to provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365. You will assist with day-to-day IT queries, incident logging, and service request handling in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will configure devices, support meeting rooms and video conferencing, and help manage onboarding and offboarding processes. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 1-3 years' experience in IT Support or similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Teams, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing facilities, and workplace technology.
• Assist users with troubleshooting and day-to-day IT queries.
• Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
• Escalate complex or business-critical issues when required.
• Maintain accurate ticket and support records.
