Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a contract-based IT support specialist in Wan Chai to assist with PC, Lotus Notes and CMMP maintenance, mail systems, and video conferencing. The role includes on-site support across HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories, with standard hours and occasional shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant IT experience, knowledge of Windows environments, and familiarity with mail and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Windows environments and IT helpdesk experience.
• Experience with Lotus Notes administration and CM/CMMP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; ability to support VIP users.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and on-site IT support in Wan Chai HQ and other HK locations.
• Resolve issues on PC, Lotus Notes, CMMP, and CM platforms; assist with password resets and e-cert renewals.
• Perform daily mailbox backup and help restore mailboxes as needed.
• Support video conferencing and mobile mail services; monitor system health.
• Provide VIP IT support as required by head office.
