• Provide IT technical support to internal end-users
• System/ Network / Internet monitor and maintenance
• Maintain and perform troubleshooting of AD and Windows Server 2012 and above
• Maintain and support the user for some internal systems such as OA and mobile application
• Support Lotus Note
• Software/ Hardware installation and support

• 4 years solid experience in users /IT support
