Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd seeks an IT Infrastructure professional to manage server and network operations in a fast-paced environment. You'll support Windows and Linux, manage hardware, and coordinate vendor contracts in Hong Kong.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in CS/IT, 5+ years in IT infrastructure, and relevant certifications (MCSE/CCNA). Strong English, Chinese and Mandarin skills are required for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' IT infrastructure experience, ideally with exposure to financial institutions.
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Linux credentials are highly preferred.
• Strong experience supporting Windows OS, LAN, and productivity tools like MS Office/Outlook.
• Proficient in both Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and network security equipment.
• Hands-on experience with PABX systems and voice recording tools is an advantage.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Strong willingness to learn emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities
