Job summary

Wah Kwong Shipping Agency Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an I.T. Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 helpdesk support and system administration across Hong Kong and remote offices.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MFA, VPN, and ITSM processes, participate in on-call rotations, and drive automation and documentation to improve IT services.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience in IT helpdesk/service desk operations across multiple locations.
• Systems administration experience in Windows desktop and server environments.
• Familiarity with Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Active Directory, DNS.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 IT service desk support and system administration.
• Deploy and manage ITSM processes including incident, problem, patch, and configuration management.
• Manage documentation and knowledge base articles; support on-call rotations.
• Automate processes and drive improvements across IT services.
• Support in-house applications, VPN, MFA, Teams Phone, and conferencing systems.
