Job summary

Pathsight Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Head of Project Management and Governance to define strategy, standards, and governance for ICT and telecom programs. You will lead a PMO, oversee the end-to-end project portfolio across enterprise deployments, cloud, security, data centres, and internal transformation, and mentor senior project managers to achieve disciplined execution.

The role requires 20+ years of delivery leadership, strong governance, and professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing project teams and complex delivery portfolios.
• Proven track record delivering ICT, telecom, network, cloud, data centre or security projects for enterprise customers.
• Strong experience in project governance, PMO operations, portfolio reporting, risk management, customer escalation handling, and cross-functional delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the PMO standards, delivery methodology, and governance forums.
• Oversee end-to-end ICT/telecom project portfolio including enterprise deployments.
• Lead, coach, and develop project managers to sustain high performance.
• Prepare executive reports highlighting progress, risks, and financial exposure.
