Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related.
• Minimum 3 years IT systems administration experience including operations, support and project management.
• Experience with VMware, SAN storage, DCIM, Telemetry Gateway, Dynatrace, ServiceNow or multi-vendor cloud platforms.
• ITIL v3+ certification preferred.
• Putonghua knowledge an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hosting facilities contingency planning, coordinate stakeholders and manage drills.
• Lead sub-projects to enhance system monitoring and ensure stable deployments.
• Manage daily data center operations, maintenance and long-term capacity planning.
• Assess changes, perform risk analyses and minimize end-user disruption.
• Develop and maintain OPS procedures, O&M manuals and knowledge management using automation tools.
• Build OT dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions across IT Operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and manage performance and delivery of activities.
• Contribute to Resilient Enhancement Project ensuring IT Operations requirements are met.
