Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
6+ years of IT systems administration experience including data center operations, technical support and drill management.
Experience in IT Operations management and multiple vendor platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct IT operations audits and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and report findings to management.
Optimize monitoring and alerting; improve reliability of IT infrastructure.
Lead capacity planning reviews and provide oversight for future growth.
Represent IT Operations in projects and ensure smooth handovers to daily operations.
