Job summary

Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) is seeking a capable IT Operations professional to support examination operations and IT service delivery. The appointee will coordinate deployment and setup of IT equipment, provide operational and user support during examinations, and conduct UAT across multiple venues in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline required.
At least 5 years of relevant IT operations, project administration or service delivery experience.
Experience in UAT, procurement or vendor management is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent Chinese and English communication; Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate deployment and setup of IT equipment for examinations.
Provide operational and user support during examinations.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
Liaise with stakeholders and support procurement, tender preparation and logistics.
Assist in project implementation, administration and device management.
Maintain project and operational documentation.
Work across multiple venues in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, including after hours when required.
