Job summary
West Kowloon Cultural District Authority invites an experienced IT professional to join as Assistant Manager, IT Operation in Hong Kong. You will lead end-user computing support across Windows, Mac and cloud platforms, manage vendors, and ensure high-quality IT services aligned with business needs.
You will collaborate with business users, supervise team members, and drive IT service management, including incident, problem and change processes, while maintaining bilingual communication in
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Experience in IT operation support with team or vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac environments and cloud platforms (M365/Azure).
- Familiar with IT service management frameworks; ITIL is a plus.
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese, with strong documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support end-user computing across Windows, Mac, and cloud via Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Prepare procurement proposals, approval papers, and technical/implementation documents.
- Manage vendors and service providers to ensure SLA compliance and performance.
- Provide ongoing technical support and mentor the support team.
- Support IT service management processes: incident, problem, change, and service requests.
- Assist in solution evaluations, monitoring, and proactive issue prevention.
- Coordinate Teams, Exchange Online and Intune delivery with stakeholders.
- Work with business users to translate requirements into practical IT solutions.
- Perform other duties as directed.
