Job summary

Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of proven experience in managing IT operations.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in end-point support, network support, and IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate and assist in the buildup of the Data Centre.
• Oversee IT Service Management functions and daily operations.
