Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above is required.
• Minimum 2 years of IT operations or infrastructure support experience.
• Hands-on experience in supporting IT infrastructure environments.
• Experience coordinating with data centers and external hardware vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently or within a team.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
