Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks an IT Service Desk & System Administrator to ensure system availability and maintenance across mission-critical environments.

You will support, implement, upgrade and QA IT systems while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors in Wan Chai. The role requires 4+ years IT experience, with hands-on system implementation exposure, solid IT security knowledge, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Associate/Bachelor's degree or above in IT, CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 1 year in system implementation projects.
• Minimum 2 years in IT Security, Network Design & Administration, SAN.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Experience with large-scale, mission-critical IT systems preferred.
• Experience managing outsourced system support operations and vendor coordination preferred.

Requirements

Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in system implementation projects.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the following areas:

IT Security

Experience in supporting large-scale and mission-critical IT systems is highly desirable.
