Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing core IT network infrastructure, system architecture, and API management to ensure high system availability.
Evaluate operational requirements and drive secure adoption of IT and AI solutions, including enhancement to existing systems, to improve workflow automation and efficiency.
Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, threat monitoring, data protection controls, and incident response measures for compliance with information security frameworks and data privacy.
Conduct cybersecurity risk evaluations, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
Manage external IT service providers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and timely technical deliverables.
Perform other duties and technical support tasks as directed by supervisors.
