Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Manager to lead and optimize a hybrid infrastructure across on-premises data centers and multi-cloud environments. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure support with focus on network management.
  • Experience in multinational/regional enterprises, HK/Mainland China exposure.
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN and security principles.
  • Hands-on with enterprise-grade equipment (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, F5, Velocloud).
  • Familiarity with Juniper Mist, cloud networking, container security, and DDI.
  • Knowledge of Python, Ansible, and network monitoring tools.
  • CCNP (and CCIE preferred) certifications.
  • HCIP/HCIE, PCNSE, ITIL, PMP are advantages.

  • Deliver end-to-end infrastructure support for office setups and relocations.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Manager to lead the operation and optimization of our hybrid infrastructure across on-premises data centers and multi-cloud environments. This role requires technical leadership in enterprise networking and security with deep understanding of switching, routing, AP, firewall from multiple vendors (e.g., Cisco, F5, Mist, Palo-Alto, FireEye, Imperva). The manager need ensure system stability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily network operations across LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN environments to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance service delivery
  • Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure network performance, availability, and service quality
  • Manage the lifecycle of on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of network systems
  • Collaborate with the security team to enforce network security policies, firewall governance, and access controls
  • Support compliance and regulatory audits by ensuring network documentation, controls, and processes meet required standards
  • Drive knowledge-sharing, documentation, and succession planning to reduce dependency on individual expertise
  • Lead infrastructure projects including network upgrades, office deployments, cloud integration, and technology refresh initiatives
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent and integrated network architecture across the organization
  • Deliver end-to-end infrastructure support for office setup, relocation, and closure projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Requires 6-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a focus on IT network management.
  • Experience in multinational or regional enterprises, preferably with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland China operations
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN) and network security principles
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑grade network equipment (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, F5, Velocloud)
  • Familiarity with wireless networking (e.g., Juniper MIST), cloud networking, container security, and DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
  • Knowledge of automation, scripting (Python, Ansible), and network monitoring tools is an advantage
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to balancing security, cost, and operational effort
  • Fluent in English (Spoken/Written) and Mandarin (essential for regional collaboration)
  • CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is REQUIRED, preferably with a CCIE certification
  • Relevant certifications such as HCIP, HCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, ITIL, or PMP are an advantage.
