We are seeking a versatile Integration Consultant to bridge the gap between our international supply chain network and our commercial ecosystem. In this client-facing position, you will head the end-to-end deployment of data-sharing setups, linking vendors, third-party logistics partners, and internal infrastructure.
Your mission is to streamline client onboarding, optimize existing data channels, and drive the evolution of our regional digital connectivity.
Client & Partner Onboarding: Direct the technical onboarding of regional accounts onto our logistics frameworks via REST/SOAP APIs, managed file transfers (SFTP), web portals, and e-commerce extensions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact matching clients, supply chain vendors, customer success teams, and core software engineers to ensure frictionless data flows.
Workflow Optimization: Evaluate external client workflows against internal operational capacities to design, recommend, and deploy highly scalable connection processes.
Vendor & Supply Chain Sync: Coordinate with global product managers and vendor developers to test, validate, and launch integrations with external delivery networks.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Oversee connection health, manage system incident logs, and swiftly resolve escalated B2B data transfer anomalies (including JSON payload discrepancies and CSV format errors).
Commercial Advisory: Review incoming business opportunities, participate in request-for-proposal (RFP) technical responses, and guide the sales team on integration feasibility.
Leadership Support: Champion internal IT department efficiency initiatives and serve as the designated deputy for the regional senior IT leadership when required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a B2B technical support, system integration, or software development environment.
Technical Toolkit: Strong fluency in API mechanics, data parsing (JSON, CSV, XML), database structures, and system migration methodologies.
Lifecycle Mastery: Prior exposure to the entire systems development lifecycle (SDLC) - from gathering requirements through user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment is highly preferred.
Multilingualism: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required to effectively support regional stakeholders.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders and clients.
Mindset: Proactive problem solver who thrives in multicultural environments, remains calm under tight deadlines, and embraces structural or technological change.
Mobility: Open to occasional travel as dictated by project requirements.
