Job summary

Morgan McKinley Limited seeks a System Analyst to bridge enterprise technology with global logistics, driving middleware and API strategy across regions. You will own end-to-end integrations, leverage cloud-based iPaaS, and partner with vendors to optimize O2C workflows.

You will collaborate with HQ IT and regional teams to ensure reliable data exchange via EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and secure file transfers, while guiding production support and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes in international iPaaS environments.
• Strong familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows and supply chain processes.
• Experience with API standards (REST, SOAP) and B2B exchange flows (EDI).

Responsibilities

• Drive middleware & API strategy, architect and optimize enterprise-grade integrations using Dell Boomi.
• Optimize and map commercial order workflows from PO to invoicing and settlement.
• Design and maintain reliable EDI (X12) and RESTful/SOAP API pipelines with global partners.

In this pivotal expert role, you won't just write mappings or manage endpoints-you will act as the technical glue connecting our core ERP systems, commercial trading partners, and global supply networks across the globe. What You Will Do

• Drive Middleware & API Strategy: Lead the architectural design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-grade integrations utilizing Dell Boomi as your primary toolset.
• Optimize Commercial Order Workflows: Partner closely with business stakeholders to audit, refine, and connect mission-critical Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes-from initial customer purchase orders and shipping notifications to invoicing and settlement.
• Streamline B2B Communications: Design, map, and maintain high-reliability EDI (X12) and RESTful/SOAP API pipelines with global trading partners, ensuring secure data exchange across AS2 and SFTP protocols.
• Collaborate Across Time Zones: Work closely with our HQ IT Manager, regional business analysts, and global vendor partners to translate business requirements into seamless, high-performance integration flows.
• Solve Complex Production Challenges: Serve as the final escalation point for production data discrepancies, root-cause investigations, and performance tuning across enterprise databases and cloud platforms.

What We Are Looking For

Core Experience & Skills:

• Cloud-native Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes within international iPaaS, best preferred Dell Boomi. Well verse with Low-code Platforms, RPA and Microsoft Platforms is a plus
• Domain Mastery: Deep familiarity with supply chain, sourcing, or global manufacturing operations, with proven expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows.
• Integration & B2B Protocols: Solid mastery of API standards (e.g. REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) alongside standard B2B exchange flows (EDI).
• Vendor or Consulting Foundation: A background in technology consulting or vendor services is highly preferred-bringing a client-centric mindset and strong problem-solving agility.

Interpersonal & Cultural Fit:

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills to effectively articulate technical solutions to both technical offshore teams and business leadership. Cantonese speaker is a plus.
• Global Mindset: Flexible in collaborating across global time zones ocassionally for meetings
• Self-Driven Problem Solver: Strong analytical mindset with the autonomy to manage priorities, deliver projects independently, and mentor offshore programmers/BAs upon neccessary.
