Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks a versatile Integration Consultant to bridge our international supply chain network with the commercial ecosystem. You will oversee end-to-end data-sharing deployments, linking vendors, 3rd-party logistics partners, and internal infrastructure.

You will onboard regional accounts to logistics frameworks via REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, web portals, and e-commerce extensions, while coordinating with product managers and vendor developers to test and launch integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field.
• 5+ years in a B2B technical support, system integration, or software development environment.
• Strong fluency in API mechanics, data parsing (JSON, CSV, XML), database structures, and system migration methodologies.
• Lifecycle mastery across SDLC from requirements through UAT and deployment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of data-sharing setups linking vendors, third-party logistics partners, and internal systems.
• Onboard regional accounts to logistics frameworks via REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, web portals, and e-commerce extensions.
• Coordinate with product managers and vendor developers to test, validate, and launch integrations.
• Monitor data transfer health, troubleshoot JSON/CSV issues, and manage incident logs.
• Support commercial opportunities and RFP responses regarding integration feasibility.
• Act as deputy for regional senior IT leadership when needed.
