Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to design, secure, and optimize enterprise networks and systems in a financial services environment.

You will manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware), cloud workloads (AWS/Azure), and critical backups, DR drills, and regulatory-compliant security practices in Hong Kong.

Fluency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese desirable. 5+ years’ experience in finance IT preferred.

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong command of English; Mandarin/Cantonese also desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain L2/L3 enterprise networks (Cisco, Arista, Huawei).
• Manage VLANs, ACLs, BGP/OSPF, and secure remote access (ZTNA/VPN).
• Manage enterprise Windows/Linux servers, AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, and MS 365/Exchange.
• Oversee VMware ESXi/vCenter clusters, SAN/NAS storage, and compute resources.
• Maintain cloud workloads and networking (AWS/Azure VPCs); support financial market terminals/feeds.
• Execute data backup routines, lead regular BCP/DR drills, ensure HK SFC cybersecurity compliance.
• Manage IT procurement, external vendors, and infrastructure upgrade projects.

Job description

Network Engineering & Security: Design, configure, and maintain L2/L3 enterprise networks (Cisco, Arista, Huawei) and Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet); manage VLANs, ACLs, BGP/OSPF, and secure remote access (ZTNA/VPN).

Systems Administration: Manage enterprise Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365/Exchange environments.

Virtualization & Storage: Oversee VMware ESXi/vCenter virtualization clusters, SAN/NAS enterprise storage, and compute resource allocation.

Hybrid Cloud & Financial Apps: Maintain cloud workloads and networking (AWS/Azure VPCs); support financial market terminals and feeds (Bloomberg, Wind).

Backup, DR & Compliance: Execute enterprise data backup routines, lead regular BCP/DR failover drills, and ensure all systems/networks comply with Hong Kong SFC cybersecurity requirements.

Vendor & Project Governance: Manage IT procurement, external hardware/carrier vendors, and infrastructure upgrade/migration projects.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure. Within financial services (Asset Management, Securities, Banking) preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Languages: Good command of English and Mandarin / Cantonese.
