Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited is seeking a Lead Network Architect & Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-grade networks across on‑premise and multi‑cloud environments.

You will drive large-scale architecture projects, document High‑Level and Low‑Level Designs, coordinate with security, applications and vendor teams, and act as a senior escalation point for network operations under ITIL standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 10+ years in enterprise network design, implementation, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls, WAF, and SLB.
• Hands-on Cisco ACI design and deployment.
• Experience with cloud networking in AWS and Azure.

Lead Network Architect & Infrastructure Manager

Seeking an experienced Senior Network Infrastructure Lead to oversee, design, and implement high-performance, enterprise-grade network environments. This role is responsible for driving large-scale architecture projects across cloud and on-premise infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring seamless network performance and operations.

Key responsibilities

Design and deploy scalable, secure network architectures, incorporating LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, VXLAN, Cisco ACI, and multi-cloud environments (AWS & Azure)

Partner with internal business units, application teams, and information security/risk divisions to define technical requirements and deliver aligned network solutions

Perform network modeling, traffic analysis, and long-term capacity planning to support evolving business growth and performance benchmarks

Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), architecture diagrams, and operational procedures

Liaise with external vendors and third-party service providers for equipment procurement while managing concurrent multi-scale IT infrastructure projects

Serve as a senior escalation point for network operations teams to resolve complex technical issues and uphold ITIL framework standards

About you

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline

10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network design, implementation, and administration, ideally within a regulated corporate or financial environment

Deep knowledge of LAN/MAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Micro-Segmentation Firewalls, Wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, WAF, and Server Load Balancing (SLB)

Hands-on proficiency with Cisco ACI design and deployment

Practical expertise in cloud network architectures across AWS and Azure environments

Experience with network management, performance monitoring, and automation tools

Strong command of English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)

Preferred: CCIE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or Azure Network Engineer certifications
