The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, 15 years in IT infrastructure, Cantonese proficiency, and a proven track record in server, storage, backup and cloud projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of work experience in IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects (server, storage, backup, cloud).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure best practices.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and drive results.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure platform projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project timelines and deliverables.
• Advocate for project needs and push stakeholders towards timely decisions.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team input and innovation.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
