Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Limited's client in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Facility Support Officer to manage daily office facilities, respond to incidents and coordinate maintenance with vendors. You will support IT devices and CCTV systems, ensuring security policies and safety standards are followed.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree and 2+ years in facilities or IT support, with strong communication and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in facilities operations, building maintenance or IT support.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for CCTV, access control, HVAC and electrical basics.
• Experience coordinating vendors and contractors to meet timelines.
• Strong communication with management, staff and vendors.
• Organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Routine inspections of office areas, meeting rooms and devices; maintain asset register.
• Respond to facility incidents and coordinate temporary and permanent fixes.
• Raise and track work orders; liaise with vendors and technicians; verify repairs.
• Assist renovation planning by coordinating schedules and vendors.
• Provide basic IT device and CCTV first-line support and health checks.
