Job summary

Walkers is seeking a Facilities Services Administrator/Officer in Hong Kong to support maintenance, safety and office operations. You will coordinate daily facility requests, liaise with contractors and maintain records for compliance, while collaborating with reception and office staff to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in facilities or office management, strong vendor management skills, and fluency in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Facility Services and maintenance requests.
• Oversee reception duties and office front-of-house support.
• Liaise with building management and external contractors.
• Maintain records for compliance and safety procedures.
• Support events, tours and workspace arrangements for new joiners.
