Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing for infrastructure and enterprise technology across Asia. You will partner with regional technology leaders and stakeholders to shape procurement strategy, drive supplier negotiations, and deliver multi-market savings.

The role offers exposure to Cloud, Networking, Data Centre and Cyber Security categories, with ownership of end-to-end RFX processes, contract governance and vendor

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT procurement, strategic sourcing or technology vendor management experience.
• Strong exposure to technology categories such as Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking, Cyber Security, Data Centre or Enterprise Technology.
• Proven experience handling complex supplier negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technology and business leaders.
• Experience managing regional or multi-country procurement initiatives is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing across IT infrastructure categories (Cloud, Network, Data Centre, Cyber Security).
• Develop procurement and negotiation strategies for high-value regional initiatives.
• Partner with senior IT stakeholders to align sourcing with business requirements.
• Drive end-to-end RFP/RFQ/RFX processes and supplier selection activities.
• Review spend data and deliver procurement savings.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and total cost of ownership considerations.
• Support contract governance and supplier performance management.
• Conduct market intelligence and vendor landscape analysis across Asia Pacific.

This role will partner closely with regional technology leaders and key stakeholders to drive sourcing strategies across infrastructure and enterprise technology categories.

• Lead strategic sourcing activities across IT Infrastructure categories including Cloud, Network, Data Centre, Cyber Security, Middleware and related technology services
• Develop procurement and negotiation strategies for high-value regional technology initiatives
• Partner with senior IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing approaches
• Drive end-to-end RFP/RFQ/RFX processes, contract negotiations and supplier selection activities
• Review spend data, identify cost optimisation opportunities and deliver procurement savings
