Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology or related discipline.
• 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing or category management experience.
• Strong experience in technology procurement (software licensing, infrastructure, cloud, IT services).
• Fluent English; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement across technology categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies for cost efficiencies, value creation, and risk mitigation.
• Manage RFI, RFQ and RFP processes and supplier negotiations.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with global technology vendors and service providers.
• Build strong partnerships with business, technology, finance, legal and risk stakeholders.
• Drive supplier performance management through governance frameworks and KPI tracking.
• Provide procurement expertise on large-scale transformation, infrastructure and digital initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize demand and improve procurement processes.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across technology-related categories including software, hardware, telecommunications, cloud services, cybersecurity, and professional services.
• Develop and execute category strategies to deliver cost efficiencies, value creation, and risk mitigation.
• Manage competitive tendering exercises, including RFI, RFQ and RFP processes.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with global technology vendors and service providers.
• Build strong partnerships with business, technology, finance, legal and risk stakeholders.
• Drive supplier performance management through governance frameworks, KPI tracking and ongoing relationship management.
• Provide procurement expertise on large-scale transformation, infrastructure and digital initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with internal governance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize demand, improve commercial outcomes and enhance procurement processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree qualified in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing or category management experience.
• Strong experience in technology procurement, including software licensing, infrastructure, cloud, telecoms or IT services.
• Proven track record leading complex sourcing projects and commercial negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with exposure to senior business leaders.
• Experience working within financial services, regulated industries, telecommunications, technology or large multinational corporations will be highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and contract management expertise.
• Fluent English communication skills; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
