Jobbeschreibung

Lead security strategy, conduct monthly phishing simulations, manage SSL/FATCA certificates, and drive staff awareness training.

Manage AWS, Cloudflare, and server maintenance for WordPress and internal systems.

Administer Office 365, Bitwarden, DocuSign, DeskPro, Slack, and Zoom while optimizing software licenses, vendor contracts, and IT costs.

Lead key technical projects, including web asset decommissioning, system upgrades, and internal process enhancements.

Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve ITSM tickets, and partner with Group IT on hardware and user onboarding/offboarding workflows.

Requirements:

5 years+ of solid experience in IT infrastructure, application system administration, and user/desktop support.

Deep technical knowledge in managing and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 identity/security administration and Microsoft Azure environment management.

Strong analytical and end-to-end troubleshooting skills across system, network, and SaaS platforms.

Proven experience in automating device deployment, provisioning, and administrative workflows.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to support stakeholders at all levels.
