Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong is seeking a Investor Services / Share Registry Officer to manage interactions with shareholders and listed companies, supporting IPO and share registry services for HK-listed clients.

The role includes maintaining the register of members, handling share registrations, and supporting General Meetings. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English and Chinese are essential, Putonghua is a plus, and the ability to work under pressure is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded.
• Willing to work under pressure, overtime, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle and communicate with shareholders and listed companies.
• Assist team leader in providing IPO and share registry services for HK-listed companies and investors.
• Process share registration tasks and maintain the member register for listed clients.
• Provide operational support on share registry processing (counter, transfer, corporate actions, IPO) including back offices.
• Support listed clients' General Meetings in shareholder registration and vote counting.
• Carry out other duties/projects as assigned.
