Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional to support the IPO Vetting Department in the Listing Division.

You will assist in processing IPO applications, draft detailed comment letters and reports, and support pre-IPO enquiries and policy matters as assigned by a supervisor. The role requires 7+ years in law, accounting or related fields, strong knowledge of Listing Rules, and fluent English and Chinese, with Putonghua essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Listing Rules and securities industry practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a team manager in processing IPO applications.
• Draft comment letters and Department reports to Listing Committee.
• Support pre-IPO enquiries, IPO policy matters and ad hoc projects as assigned.
