Vistra in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent junior associate to support the listed client services team. You will handle shareholder registers, assist in meeting logistics, and help with registration and vote counting at General Meetings.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, strong English and Chinese, good interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Prior securities exposure is a plus, and training will be provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-minded.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and communicate with shareholders and Listco (approx. 50 Listcos).
• Assist team leader in providing client service to HK-listed companies.
• Process share registration duties and maintain the register of members for listed clients.
• Advise on timing/logistics for corporate action assignments for listed clients.
• Support listed clients’ General Meetings in HK (shareholder registration and vote counting).
• Carry out any other duties or projects as assigned.
