Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology experience with software engineering, architecture or delivery.
• Experience delivering insurance operations platforms, underwriting or claims is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate business processes into system requirements and backlogs.
• Ability to guide delivery across internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across assigned digital and operations platform initiatives from requirements through release.
• Translate objectives into technical requirements and actionable backlogs.
• Shape solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and transformation roadmap.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to assess options and manage dependencies.
• Ensure integration, data, security, resilience and operational support requirements.
• Communicate trade-offs and delivery implications to stakeholders.
