Job summary

Argyll Scott is assisting a leading insurance organization in Hong Kong to build an AI-focused transformation team. The role targets experienced Business Analysts to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process optimization, translating challenges into scalable initiatives focused on improving customer journeys and STP.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years' experience as BA, consultant, or transformation analyst within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge in onboarding, claims, underwriting, policy administration, agency servicing, or distribution.
• Experience in transformation, process optimization, business process re-engineering, operational excellence, or STP initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, RPA, or process improvement programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and transformation opportunities.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to support AI, automation, and digital initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and document business requirements, current & future-state processes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across business and operational teams.
