Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to provide end-to-end architecture leadership across health and insurance technology initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders and product teams to shape scalable, secure solutions from concept through production.

The role is senior, business-facing, bridging strategy and delivery, with emphasis on cloud-native design, APIs, data flows and regulatory standards. 10+ years in architecture preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in architecture or technology roles, incl. 3+ years as lead architect.
• Experience owning end-to-end solutions across large programmes.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, data and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across applications, data, integration and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead discovery workshops and present architecture options, trade-offs and recommendations.
• Define target-state designs, patterns and data flows, ensuring security and regulatory alignment.
• Mentor architects and engineers and contribute to architecture governance.
