Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to drive requirements, user journeys and end-to-end data flows for our digital platforms. You will coordinate with product owners, UI/UX teams and analytics to ensure deliverables meet business needs and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience in agile environments, and a passion for digital journeys within the insurance/financial services space. This position is based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or relevant disciplines.
• 4+ years of Digital Business Analysis, Digital transformation and/or coordination or Project management Agile experience is an advantage.
• Experience in insurance or financial services will be an advantage.
• Tech-savvy, passionate about digital journeys; eager to learn and adapt to new tools and technology.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage multiple projects and discuss alternatives with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively work with peers and product owner to understand the context, business rationale and value for the project.
• Gather requirements from various stakeholders by understanding detailed business needs, operation and backend workflows.
• Document business requirements, process maps and user journeys based on inputs from business stakeholders.
• Prepare and review written material; work with UI/UX to define user journeys, wireframes and prototypes, and liaise with stakeholders for reviews and approvals.
• Write and document user stories in line with business needs; collaborate with analytics for tracking and end-to-end data flows and reporting requirements.
