Job summary

The Dairy Farm Company, Limited牛奶有限公司 seeks an Insights Solutions Manager to lead new business development and client acquisition within its Insight Monetisation portfolio. You will own revenue targets, build a robust sales pipeline, and craft persuasive business cases, pricing models, and tailored proposals to convert opportunities into revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in business development, data analytics, insight monetisation, or similar commercial role.
• Demonstrable commercial acumen and track record in developing revenue-generating strategies from data insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions.
• Experience in retail or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver ambitious new-business revenue targets by proactively building, qualifying, and converting a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop persuasive business cases, pricing models, and tailored proposals that convert opportunities into new revenue.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline reporting, sales forecasting, and regular business updates for senior stakeholders.
• Lead client conversations from outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close; support handover for campaign execution and results tracking.
• Drive development and implementation of the insight monetisation strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new monetisation opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate alignment of monetisation pricing, value propositions, and go-to-market plans across DFI units.
• Act as a key contact among banner commercial teams, Legal, and Finance and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing and Commercial teams to grow Insights revenue.
