Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to help manage relationships with existing and prospective clients while supporting commercial activities.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare presentations and proposals, conduct market research, and track leads across the sales cycle. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of customer-facing experience are required, with English and Cantonese fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
• 1+ year of experience in business development, client services, recruitment, sales support, hospitality, or other customer-facing functions.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience will also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-minded, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities
