The candidate should have a Diploma in Hotel Management, at least 1 year of hotel or F&B service experience, and strong communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
• Guest-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries regarding the In-Room Dining menu.
• Take and process orders, as well as coordinating delivery services.
• Provide attentive follow-up service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• 解答客人有關客房餐飲菜單的查詢
• 處理餐飲訂單及協調送餐服務
• 提供貼心跟進服務，確保客人享有愉快的餐飲體驗
• 履行上司分配的工作
