Job summary

CBRE Limited is seeking a Facilities Manager with an IFM focus to ensure smooth operation of administration and delivery of IFM services. The role oversees soft & hard services, sustainability, energy management and space planning while controlling P&L and budget adherence.

Strong leadership, Mandarin/Cantonese and English skills required. Immediate availability is advantageous; a 5-day work week with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property/Facilities/Hospitality or related field.
• 15+ years of property/facilities management experience.
• Experience in managing industrial/logistic centers is a plus.
• PMP (Tier 1) license under PMSO preferred.
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance; fluent Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IFM services including general, soft & hard services, building services and workplace experience initiatives.
• Manage account P&L, budget, revenue and expenses to ensure adherence to contract baseline budget.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools for expense, budget, forecast, work orders and asset information.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for IFM contracts and performance benchmarks.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to the team; drive continuous process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
