Job summary

CBRE Limited in Hong Kong invites applications for an Assistant Facilities/Property Manager (5 days). You will lead the on-site facilities team, coordinate with service contractors, and ensure smooth daily operations across repairs, maintenance, cleaning and security.

The role requires a diploma or above in FM/PM, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication in Chinese and English, and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Facilities Management/Property Management/Housing Studies or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant FM/Property/Hospitality experience; less for Assistant Manager.
• Can-do attitude, team player, adaptable with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written/spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Good written English for FM operation documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site facilities management, repairs, maintenance, cleaning and security services.
• Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with Building Management Ordinance, Deeds of Mutual Covenant and statutory guidelines.
• Prepare management budget and cost control documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
