Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to guide complex information and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, conduct performance evaluations, and coach staff.
• Schedule daily activities, manage team workload and deadlines.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Prepare capital projects, budgets, and variance reports.
