Job summary

Gfi World in Hong Kong is seeking an IDC service operations professional to manage daily data center activities in accordance with ISO requirements, coordinate fault handling and project delivery to customers.

You will liaise with vendors and VIP customers, escalate issues, and ensure post-sale service requirements such as drills and site audits are fulfilled.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related technical experience in data center construction, operation or maintenance.
• Knowledge of managing and coordinating with vendors and customer.
• Possess professional certificates (i.e. Grade A Electrical Worker) are definitely an advantage

Responsibilities

• IDC service daily operation per ISO requirement
• Responsible for fault handling, fault report and follow up action
• IDC project delivery to customer such as rack, power, cabling and patching
• Facility vendor management
• Liaison and escalation with customer on IDC post-sale service issue especially VIP customer
• Coordinate with IDC vendor to fulfill the post-sale service requirement of customer such as drill, site audit, etc
