Bayou is seeking a Senior Data Center Infrastructure Lead in Hong Kong to orchestrate planning, delivery, and operations of data center facilities. You will oversee MMR/ODF, fibre, cabling, cross-connects, and carrier interconnection services, ensuring scalable capacity and reliable service delivery.

Formación

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic, Electrical, Computer Engineering, IT, Building Services, Construction Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture design / project delivery / operations, with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience with MMR, ODF, fibre infrastructure, structured cabling, cross-connect and carrier interconnection services.
• Data center IDC infrastructure design, capacity planning, project management, and service delivery.
• Familiarity with testing & commissioning/ incident management/ SLA governance and operational support environments.
• Knowledge of ANSI/TIA-568, ANSI/TIA-942, ISO/IEC 11801, and BICSI standards.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, BICSI RCDD, CDCP, CDCS, or CDCE.
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English.

• Act as the escalation point for operational incidents, customer issues, service degradation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on infrastructure and service delivery matters.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, industry best practices, safety requirements, and project governance.
• Support technical solution design, customer engagements, budgeting, procurement, and vendor evaluations.

Experience in data center IDC infrastructure design, capacity planning, project management, and service delivery.

Familiarity with testing & commissioning/ incident management/ SLA governance and operational support environments.

Knowledge of ANSI/TIA-568, ANSI/TIA-942, ISO/IEC 11801, and BICSI standards.

Experience working with vendors, carriers, contractors, and service providers.

Preferred certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, BICSI RCDD, CDCP, CDCS, or CDCE.

Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English.
