You will create a welcoming, first-class atmosphere for colleagues and visitors, manage digital signage and content, and support a hybrid workspace with engaging events that connect people across functions.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, map service journeys, and drive community initiatives that enhance customer experience, wellbeing, and collaboration in the new workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, events, sales, or related industries.
• Experience in coworking, corporate real estate or startup would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and email etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible to work shifts and occasional after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to clients and visitors.
• Create a welcoming, first-class atmosphere.
• Manage the client’s app by updating information for a digitalized customer experience.
• Take ownership of digitalized services supporting the client within the workplace.
• Maintain the space to a high standard and support wayfinding and content screen management.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and encourage interaction between colleagues.
• Drive and develop the community by organizing engaging, popular events.
• Coordinate events with ERGs, HR, and contractors.
• Develop engaging content plan and promote events.
• Gatekeeper of digital signage and monthly newsletter.
• Work with catering and events team to plan and organize events.
• Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests.
• Resolve issues and provide follow-up as necessary.
• Map service standards and customer journeys.
