Qualifications

• Senior-level sales leadership experience in Corporate Real Estate or facilities/projects/transactions.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior corporate decision-makers.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for workplace management and drive revenue growth across APAC.
• Own end-to-end bid execution, proposal development, clarifications, and client presentations.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional bid teams and coordinate with regional stakeholders.
• Develop tailored value propositions and align pricing and positioning with internal SMEs.
