Job summary

HR Plus is partnering with an international translation and digital marketing agency in Asia to recruit a Business Development Executive in Hong Kong. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a clear path to growth with an attractive commission scheme.

You will grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and use CRM to track interactions. Fluency in English and Chinese, plus 2–3 years of sales experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in translation/localization
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Open to fresh graduates with translation major or candidates from hotel, legal, education, IT or gaming industries entering business development

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Meet retention and development goals of the organization
• Develop relationships with customers through follow-up actions and support
• Use CRM and other tools to track interactions with customers/prospects to increase sales
• Provide regular reports to management on regional outcomes and discoveries
• Identify market trends and competitor updates with relevant data and information support
